Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery time and cost

We dispatch orders by Royal Mail. Standard delivery is £3.99 and takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. For large orders we may use DPD.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Changing your delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please email delivery@freecardmachine.co.uk or call 0161 341 2244 as soon as possible.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@freecardmachine.co.uk or call 0161 341 2244 and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Card Reader Invoice

The invoice for your card reader will be sent to the email address used for your order. If you need another copy, email hello@freecardmachine.co.uk and we'll send you a PDF.
