Terms & Conditions
For Your order to be accepted, You agree to the terms set forth below (this "Agreement" or "Order"), unless there is an existing Freecardmachine.co.uk agreement between You and Terra Management LTD ("Freecardmachine.co.uk Customer Agreement"). Where a Freecardmachine.co.uk Customer Agreement exists, that agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If the Freecardmachine.co.uk Customer Agreement does not specifically address the products You are acquiring through an Order, the section(s) of this Agreement that apply to the product(s) shall supplement the Freecardmachine.co.uk Customer Agreement for those purposes.
In the event that You or Freecardmachine.co.uk wish to process orders via electronic data interchange or other electronic means, Freecardmachine.co.uk may require You to enter into an Freecardmachine.co.uk agreement covering such transactions; all orders submitted by telephone or electronic means shall also be subject to this Agreement.
EPOS Till Systems (Foodb)
The Foodb single-screen EPOS till system is sold for a one-off hardware price of £199. Use of the Foodb EPOS software is charged separately at £39.99 + VAT per month, payable for as long as the software is in use. Monthly software billing is set up after your order is confirmed.
TapDonate Donation Devices
TapDonate Core (£89.99 per month) and TapDonate Edge (£65 per month) are supplied on a monthly plan. The price paid at checkout covers the first month. The first year of TapDonate software is included free of charge. Our team will contact you after checkout to confirm your agreement and set up monthly billing.
