Our pricing structure is super simple. You only pay for your card reader once and from there on only the transaction fees per transaction. No monthly costs, no fixed fees.

The manufacturer will have a sign up form where you can sign up and register your account on the day the reader arrives, this usually does not take more than 5 minutes, a time for a brew almost! If you do find this difficult and require help please email us at signup@freecardmachine.co.uk providing your order number in the subject box.

Our standard delivery time frame for orders is 2-3 business days. Kindly note it may take up to 3 business days for your payment to reach our bank account. Only after we have received your payment can we process and then ship your order.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email so you can follow your order as it's being delivered to you.

Shipping is through Royal Mail and has it's own charges for 1st Class and 2nd Class courier. From time to time we may use DPD as a courier for large order.

You can test all our card readers without any risk. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the device within 30 days of receiving it. We will then refund your purchase to the same account you used, within three weeks.

To make use of your 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact our support team. They will gladly help you out.
You should make a note of the serial number on your card reader, and your tracking ID to ensure that you get a refund.

No contract needed, just an upfront payment for your device and pay as you transact.
