About Us

FreeCardMachine

Who we are

FreeCardMachine (freecardmachine.co.uk) is a trading name of Terra Management Ltd, based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. Founded in 2018, we help UK businesses start taking card payments quickly with no-contract card readers, EPOS till systems and contactless donation devices for charities.

What we sell

  • Card readers – we are an authorised SumUp reseller. Card readers are bought outright for a one-off price, with no contract and no monthly fees; transaction fees are charged per payment.
  • EPOS till systems – Foodb EPOS tills for hospitality businesses (hardware price plus a monthly software fee).
  • Donation devices – TapDonate contactless donation terminals and kiosks for charities and places of worship (monthly plans).

All prices shown on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise. Monthly fees are clearly shown on each product page and in our Terms & Conditions.

Why the name?

Our name reflects our aim: making card payments as close to free as possible for small businesses – low one-off device prices, no contracts and no monthly fees on card readers.
