Where we deliver: addresses in the United Kingdom.

Carrier: orders are sent by Royal Mail. Large orders may be sent by DPD.

Delivery cost: shown at checkout before you pay (Royal Mail 2-3 working days: £3.99).

Delivery time: standard delivery takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Problems with delivery: if your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@freecardmachine.co.uk or 0161 341 2244 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and we will investigate with the carrier.
